Aether Labs is designed to work without an account. This policy explains what the product handles and why.
Information stored in your browser
- Your paper-trading account (balance, positions, orders, fills and history) is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to our servers.
- If you connect a wallet, your public address is held by your browser and wallet extension so the app can display it. We never ask for your seed phrase or your wallet's private key.
- If you enable live trading, a trade-only Hyperliquid agent key is generated and stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device except as signatures on the orders you place.
Information processed by our servers
- Questions you send to Ask Aether, together with the market you are viewing, are processed on our server to generate an answer. They are not stored or shared with third parties. Please do not include personal information in questions.
- Your IP address is used transiently, in memory, to apply rate limits that protect the service. It is not written to a database.
- Signals generated by the market scanner are stored with market data only and contain no user information.
Third-party services
Your browser connects directly to the public Hyperliquid and Aster APIs to stream market data and to look up any address you choose to view. Those services have their own privacy practices. Wallet connections run through your wallet provider and, if enabled, WalletConnect.
Cookies and tracking
Aether does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
