Terms of use
Last updated October 16, 2026
By using Aether Labs (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
The Service provides market data visualisation, automated market analysis, a paper-trading simulator, and an interface for placing orders on Hyperliquid from your own account. Aether Labs never takes custody of your funds.
Live trading
- Deposits are sent from your wallet to Hyperliquid's bridge contract on Arbitrum and credited by Hyperliquid to your own account. Hyperliquid does not credit deposits below 5 USDC; the Service blocks them, but transfers made outside the Service are your responsibility. Withdrawals are signed by your wallet, processed by Hyperliquid, and subject to Hyperliquid's withdrawal fee.
- Live orders are sent to Hyperliquid and executed there, using funds in your own Hyperliquid account. You are responsible for every order placed from your account, including orders placed through the trading key you approve.
- The trading key (an “agent wallet”) is generated and stored in your browser. It can place and cancel orders but cannot withdraw or transfer funds. Anyone with access to your browser profile could use it to trade until it expires or is replaced, so keep your device secure and remove the key when you are done.
- Orders can fail, fill partially, or fill at worse prices than shown, including because of latency, slippage, venue outages or liquidation.
- If a builder fee is shown when you enable trading, it is charged by Hyperliquid on each order placed through the Service, in addition to Hyperliquid's own fees.
- Live trading is not offered where it is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that using it is lawful where you are.
No financial advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Analysis, trade plans, scanner results, backtests and answers from Ask Aether are informational decision-support tools. They can be wrong, incomplete or delayed. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Market data
Market data comes from third-party public APIs (including Hyperliquid and Aster) and is provided “as is”. It may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Liquidation zones are modelled estimates, not exchange data.
Simulated results
Paper-trading results, backtests and the signal journal are simulations based on assumptions about fills, fees and funding. They do not represent real trading and do not predict future results.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service or bypass its rate limits.
- Do not use the Service in violation of the laws that apply to you, including restrictions on derivatives trading in your jurisdiction.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time. Features marked “coming soon” are not available and may never be released in the described form.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether Labs is not liable for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including trading losses.
