Risk disclosure

Perpetual futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Leverage
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Small price moves can liquidate a leveraged position and lose the entire margin posted. Liquidation can happen faster than expected in volatile markets.
Funding
Perpetual positions pay or receive funding at regular intervals. Funding rates change continuously and can turn sharply against a position, eroding returns even when price does not move.
Liquidity, slippage and gaps
Order books can thin out quickly. Market and stop orders can fill at prices materially worse than expected, and stops are not guaranteed to fill at their trigger price.
Venue and smart-contract risk
Decentralised exchanges carry technical, oracle, smart-contract, bridge and operational risks, including outages and the possibility of loss of funds.
Analysis limitations
Aether's analysis is produced by an automated analysis engine. It can be wrong, can misread conditions, and cannot foresee news or sudden events. Confidence labels describe agreement between signals, not the probability that a trade will be profitable. Automated analysis does not guarantee profitable outcomes.
Simulated performance
Backtests, the signal journal and paper trading are hypothetical. They benefit from hindsight in their design, do not reflect real execution, and do not account for every cost or market impact. Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results.
Regulation
Derivatives trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
